Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Four 4 X 4 Ambulances: 1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New, Completely Built-Up Type C Ambulances With 4 X 4 Drive - Four Pieces Together With Equipment, I.E. Electric-Hydraulic Stretchers And Skid-Cardiological Chairs For The Needs Of The Primary Health Care Center Of The Emergency Medical Services Station In Częstochowa. Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Requirements - Required Functional And Technical Parameters For Vehicles And Equipment, And Annex No. 2 A - List Of Assessed Parameters And Provisions Of The Draft Contract. The Parameters Indicated In Annex 2 Constitute The Minimum Requirements, With The Exception Of Some Parameters With Additional Points, Which Are Optional. The Contractor May Propose Higher Than Minimum Parameters. The Ambulance Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Current Polish Standards Transposing European Standards: Pn-En 1789 For Ambulance Type C, Or Equivalent (I.E. Meeting The Technical And Quality Features Specified In The Indicated Standard, In Accordance With The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 141). 6. Kit Transport Vehicle (Main Stretcher, Tow Truck) Delivered With The Ambulance Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Current Polish Standards Transposing European Standards: Pn-En 1865 Or Equivalent, And Must Also Be Resistant To Overload With The Current Pn En 1789 Or Equivalent Standard In Terms Of Strength Parameters. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Indicated Standard Regarding Structure, Functionality And Parameters Not Lower Than Those Required By Standard 7. The Ambulance Must Be Intended For European Countries And For Right-Hand Traffic. 8. The Delivered Vehicle Must Have An Ec Type-Approval Certificate For The Completed Vehicle, Issued On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Act.
