The Purpose Of This Order Is To Manage And Supervise The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Installation Of The Ertms/Etcs Level 2 System On Railway Lines No. 133 And 134, Section Sosnowiec Jęzor - Kraków Główny And Railway Line No. 91, Section Kraków Główny - Podłęże, In Particular: A) Performing The Function Of Engineer In Accordance With The Agreement And Construction Contracts/S, Including The Option Right To The Extent That The Ordering Party Exercises Them; B) Material And Financial Management, In Particular Comprehensive Service For Construction Contracts In Terms Of Their Settlement, Monitoring And Material And Financial Reporting; C) Technical Management, Including Performing The Duties Of The Investors Supervision Inspector For Construction Contracts According To Construction Law Acts; D) Management, Including Coordination Of All Construction Contracts Concluded As Part Of The Investment Task With Option Rights To The Extent To Which The Ordering Party Will Exercise Them; E) Conducting Environmental Supervision (In Terms Of Controlling The Impact Of The Construction Process On, Among Others, Surface And Underground Waters, Noise, Air, Land Surface, Waste Management, Greenery Management), In Accordance With Administrative Decisions In The Field Of Environmental Protection. In Addition, Inspection Of The Construction Stage In Terms Of The Use Of Efficient Machines And Equipment And Their Proper Operation And Maintenance, Use Of Means Of Transport And Machines Without Overloading And Overloading Them, Returning Machines After Completion Of Work And In The Event Of Failure To A Designated Parking Place, And Environmental Supervision (If Environmental Supervision Is Required), In Accordance With Administrative Decisions Regarding The Environment (If Required); F) Verification Of The Correctness Of Documents Submitted By The Contractor Confirming Compliance Of Structural Subsystems With The Essential Requirements For Interoperability At The Stage Of Design, Construction And Final Tests Of The Subsystem (Where Required); G) Enforcing The Contractor To Sign An Agreement With A Notified Body To Assess The Compliance Of The Structural Subsystems Covered By The Subject Of The Order With The Essential Requirements For Interoperability, In Accordance With The Contract. Checking The Permissions Of The Above-Mentioned Units To Assess The Compliance Of The Indicated Subsystems With The Relevant Regulations And Notify The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of Any Identified Irregularities In This Respect.
