Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Planning Services For The Dülmen-Tiberbach Storm Overflow Basin. The Subject Of The Order Is Planning Services For The Replacement Construction Of The Tiberbach Storm Overflow Basin For The Service Profiles Of Engineering Structures (Service Phases 1 - 9, Hoai 2021), Structural Planning (Service Phases 1 - 6, Hoai 2021), And Technical Equipment (Service Phases 1 - 9, Hoai 2021). The Dülmen-Tiberbach Storm Overflow Basin Is Part Of The Mixed Water Drainage System Of The Dülmen Sewage Treatment Plant. The Existing Structure Is Designed As A Round Pool With A Storage Volume Of Approx. 2,400 M³. As Part Of Water Management Studies, It Was Determined That The Existing System Needs To Be Structurally Renovated And That The Required Storage Volume Needs To Be Adapted To The Current Requirements Of Mixed Water Treatment. The Measure Includes The Planning Of A New Rain Overflow Basin With A Storage Volume Of Approx. 3,500 M³. The New Structure Is To Be Built As A Rectangular Basin South Of The Existing Storm Overflow Basin. Furthermore, The Necessary Adjustments To The Inlet And Outlet Systems, The Planning Of A New Separation Structure With An Integrated Computer System, The Construction Of A New Discharge Point For The Sewage Overflow As Well As The Planning And Construction Of The Required Surge Dumps Must Be Taken Into Account. With The Separation Structure, Inlet Pipe And Distribution Chamber, The Volume Should Increase To A Total Of V = 3,700 M³. In Addition, The Connection Of The New Storm Overflow Basin, Including The Associated System Technology, To Eglvs Virtual Process Control System (Vpls) Must Be Planned. The Dismantling Of The Old Rüb Must Also Be Planned.
