The Subject Of The Order Are Services For The Successive Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Waste Treatment Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11, Originating From The Municipal Installation In Suwałki. 2. The Amount Of Waste Code 19 12 12 That The Ordering Party Will Submit For Collection, Transport And Management During The Term Of The Contract Is A Maximum Of 1,000 Mg. The Monthly Estimated Amount Will Be A Maximum Of 150 Mg. The Average Weight Of One Loading During The Term Of The Contract Will Be Approximately 17 Mg, When Loading Semi-Trailers With A Volume Of At Least 90 M³. The Above Quantities Are Estimated And Serve As An Aid To The Contractor In Preparing The Offer And Correctly Calculating The Costs Of Order Execution. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Complete The Order To The Full Estimated Extent, And The Actual Amount Of Waste Transferred For Collection, Transport And Management Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. However, The Ordering Party Guarantees That During The Term Of The Contract, It Will Provide The Contractor With Collection, Transport And Management Of At Least 450 Mg Of Waste With Code 19 12 12. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Complete The Order Above The Guaranteed Minimum Amount Of 450 Mg. 3. Waste With Code 19 12 12 Is Material With A Heat Of Combustion Higher Than 6 Mj/Kg Of Dry Matter, Originating From The Mechanical Processing Of Large-Sized Waste With Waste Code 20 03 07, Which Includes, Among Others: Tables, Chairs, Shelves, Wardrobes, Upholstered Furniture, Beds, Doors, Mattresses, Floor Panels, Etc. Bulky Waste Is Processed In A Waste Shredder Equipped With A Ferrous Metal Separator, However, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Transferred Waste May Contain Trace Amounts Of Ferrous And Non-Ferrous Metals, Which Will Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims In This Respect. 4. The Waste Covered By This Order Should Be Transported And Then Managed In Installations That Have Decisions Allowing The Processing Of This Waste In The Recovery Process, In A Manner Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard And Using At Least One Recovery Process From R1 To R12, Specified In The Non-Exhaustive List Of Recovery Processes Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). 5. Waste Collection Will Be Carried Out Using Transport Organized By The Contractor And At Its Expense, Including Transport Costs, Insurance For Transport And Unloading. 6.
