A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Place Of Equipment Delivery: University Of Gdańsk, Faculty Of Management, Ul. Armii Krajowej 101, 81-824 Sopot, Room 318. 5. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Included In § 7 Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 6. Equivalent Solutions: 1) In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 6 To The Swz), In Item 5 Of Table 1 Regarding The Operating System, The Ordering Party Indicated Icloud And Facetime Services From Apple As Reference Solutions, At The Same Time Allowing The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Pzp. 2) The Criteria Used By The Ordering Party To Assess Equivalence Are Specified In Item 5, Points 1 And 2 Of Table 1 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz), Respectively. The Ordering Party Will Consider An Equivalent Solution To Be A Solution That Meets All The Requirements And Provides All Functionalities Specified By The Ordering Party For A Given Equivalent Solution. 3) If A Solution Equivalent To Apples Icloud Or Facetime Service Is Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Check The Appropriate Box Or Boxes In Point 5 Of The Offer Form, Constituting Annex 1 To The Swz, Indicating Which Service The Offered Equivalent Solution Applies To; B) Indicate The Name Of The Offered Service Or Other Equivalent Solution And Its Manufacturer Or Supplier; C) Provide A Description Of The Proposed Solution And A Justification For Its Equivalence; D) Provide Information And Evidence Confirming That The Offered Solution Meets All Equivalence Criteria Specified In Item 5, Point 1 Or Point 2 Of Table 1 Of Annex 6 To The Swz, Respectively. 4) The Information, Justification And Evidence Referred To In Point 3 Must Be Presented By The Contractor Together With The Offer, In The Offer Form Or In A Separate Document Attached To The Offer.
