In Order To Fulfill Their Tasks, Public Broadcasters Are Absolutely Dependent On A Powerful And Functioning It Infrastructure. This Also Includes Standard Workplace Monitors (Hereinafter Also Monitors) That Are Used In Various Areas Such As Office Communication And Other Tasks. Existing Framework Agreements For The Procurement Of These Systems Have Reached The Limit Of Their Maximum Term, And The Systems Previously Used Must Be Replaced By New, State-Of-The-Art Devices. Therefore, A New Tender Is Being Carried Out To Procure The Devices. Under The Leadership Of Südwestrundfunk (Swr), The Aim Of This Eu-Wide Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Contractor For The Delivery And Maintenance Of Standard Workplace Monitors. In Addition To The Client (Swr) As The Contractual Partner Of This Framework Agreement, The Other Public Broadcasters Named Under Chapter 3.5 (Procedural And Contractual Document) As Well As Their Subsidiaries And Associated Companies, Provided That The Participation Of The Public Broadcasters Is At Least 50%, Are Involved In This Framework Agreement As Beneficiaries: • Bayerischer Rundfunk (Br) • Ard Zdf Deutschlandradio Contribution Service • Deutsche Welle (Dw) • Deutschlandradio (Dr) • Hessischer Rundfunk (Hr) Incl. Ard-Poc • Südwestrundfunk (Swr) • Westdeutscher Rundfunk (Wdr) The Contractual Contents Contained In This Framework Agreement Apply Equally To All Beneficiaries. The Framework Agreement Is To Be Concluded For An Initial Term Of 24 Months And Two Extension Options Of 12 Months Each (Max. Term 48 Months). The Extension Options Are Exercised By The Client If Necessary And Also Apply To All Those Entitled To Purchase Under This Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Begins On November 16, 2026.
