Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection Of Municipal Waste Generated On Residential And Non-Residential Properties In The City Of Racibórz. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection Services Generated On The Premises Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties, Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, Where Municipal Waste Is Generated In The City Of Racibórz And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In A Way That Allows Achieving Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting Mass Of Biodegradable Waste Transferred To Landfill, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, The Provisions Of The Current Waste Management Plan For The Silesian Voivodeship, And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Racibórz Commune, B) Purchase And Distribution Of Bags For Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste In Buildings Covered By The Bag System, C) Ensuring Under The Bag System A System For The Possibility Of Leasing And Purchasing Containers For Collecting Municipal Waste, D) Maintaining In Proper Sanitary, Hygienic And Technical Condition (Excluding Devastation) Municipal Outlets Intended For The Segregation Of Municipal Waste, E) Providing Specialized Containers For The Collection Of Textiles And Used Clothing, F) Collection Of Waste From Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste Indicated By The Ordering Party, G) Ongoing Operation Of E-Waste Display Cases, In Including Emptying Them And Maintaining Them In Proper Sanitary, Hygienic And Technical Condition (Excluding Devastation). The Estimated Total Order Covers 69,000 Mg Of Municipal Waste In 36 Months. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Environment, Service Provision Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: • Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; • An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.
