Exhibition, Fair And Congress Organization Services – Tender For Operation Of The Øksnehallen For The Culture, Leisure And Civic Services Administration. In This Tender, The Ordering Party Wishes To Obtain Offers For A Concession Agreement For The Operation Of Øksnehallen And Others. Located In Kødbyen, Copenhagen (Agreement). The Agreement Implies That The Concessionaire Obtains The Right And Duty To Operate Øksnehallen And Others. As A Combination Of Business And Cultural Events In Accordance With The Profile Adopted By The Culture, Leisure And Civic Services Committee. The Concessionaire Does Not Receive Remuneration From The Ordering Party; The Consideration Consists Exclusively Of The Payment The Concessionaire Collects From The Users. The Concessionaire Pays A Concession Fee To The Principal For The Right To Use The Premises. The Tendered Buildings Include, Cf. Appendix 1 With Sub-Appendix: Halmtorvet 11A (Øksnehallen, Building 41) Halmtorvet 9F (Building 42) Staldgade 16 (Building 22). Staldgade 12/Slagtehusgade 11 (Building 34) Halmtorvet 11G (Building 38) Regarding Staldgade 16, Please Note That Fotografisk Center Currently Uses Staldgade 16. Staldgade 16 Is Made Available Free Of Charge To Fotografisk Center By The Current Lessee. Fotografisk Center Has Stated That They Are Very Interested In Continuing At The Address. The Agreement Between Fotografisk Center And The Current Lessee Ends When The Agreement With Dgi-Byen Expires At The End Of June 2027. During The Agreement Period, The Concessionaire Must Hold At Least The Specified Number Of Culture Days, Event Days And Event Days With Cultural Content, Cf. The Agreement. Please Note That An Inspection Will Be Held On 24 September 2026 At 9.00-13.00, And That The Deadline For Registration Is 22 September 2026. The Clients Requirements For Contract Terms Appear In The Concession Agreement (Appendix A), While The Requirements For The Service Are Described In The Technical Specification (Appendix 1 With Sub-Appendix).
