Agency Fuel Cards – Supply Of Energy For Road Mobility, For All Vehicles In The Uliège Fleet. The Successful Bidder Must: - Provide The Cards And Secret Codes By January 15, 2027 At The Latest To Allow The Successful Bidder To Distribute Them To Users; - Provide Access To The Card Management System By January 15, 2027 At The Latest To Allow The Adjudicator To Configure The System; - Activate The Cards From February 1, 2027 At Midnight, The Supply Of Fuel Only Starting On This Date; - In The Event Of Replacement/Renewal, Provide The Card Within 10 Calendar Days From The Order Date. The Code Linked To The Card Must Be Provided, In A Separate Letter, No Later Than The Working Day Following The Day Of Receipt Of The Card. The Successful Bidder, In The Event Of Renewal Of The Contract, Must Renew The Cards Or Extend The Validity Of The Cards, At No Additional Cost.
