The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected In All Properties Inhabited By Residents, Located Within The Boundaries Of The Sokoły Commune, 2) Organizing And Operating A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok) In The Town Of Sokoły And Collecting And Managing Waste Collected At This Point In A Manner Consistent With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended) And The Applicable Voivodeship Waste Management Plan Podlaskie.
