Jämijärvi Municipalitys Technical Department Is Requesting An Offer For The Provision Of Municipal Cleaning Services In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Procurement Concerns The Following Service Objects: Koulekeskus Pääsky And Pääsky Daycare Pikku-Pääsky Daycare Municipal Office Raharinne (Library And Vpk Facilities) Fire Station And Gym Youth Center Cellari The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Organize The Cleaning Services Of The Objects In Such A Way That The Cleanliness, Hygiene And Cleanliness Level According To The Purpose Of Use Of The Premises, As Well As Safe And Comfortable Operating And Working Conditions Are Maintained Throughout The Contract Period. The Service Is Implemented In Accordance With The Request For Tender, The Site-Specific Service Description And Other Documents Attached To The Tender. The Site-Specific Service Description Defines The Cleaning Tasks Included In The Service, Their Performance Intervals And The Requirements Set For The Service. In Addition, The Premises To Be Cleaned And Their Room Areas Are Indicated In The Tender Request Material. The Service Provider Is Responsible For Measuring The Working Time, Personnel Resources, Work Methods, Machines And Tools Needed To Implement The Service In Such A Way That The Content Of The Service And The Required Level Of Cleanliness Specified In The Request For Tender And Its Attachments Are Realized. When Measuring The Workload And Pricing Of The Service, Generally Used Cleaning Work Sizing Systems And At Least The Salary According To The Collective Agreement Of The Employees Of The Real Estate Services Industry Must Be Used. The Offer Must Include All Service Items Specified In The Request For Offer. Partial Offers Or Alternative Offers Are Not Accepted. The Tenderer Must State The Required Prices In The Request For Bids Per Item. The Customer Chooses One (1) Service Provider, With Whom A Contract Is Made For The Procurement.
