The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Templates Constituting Annexes No. 5 And 6 To The Swz. 5. The Quantities Given In Annexes No. 2C, 2D Regarding Reagents Constitute Estimated Annual Consumption And May Be Reduced To 20% Of The Unused Quantity, Without Constituting An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Fully Implement It, Nor A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Compensation Claims For Failure To Use The Maximum Value Of The Order. A) The Ordering Party May Change The Quantities Of Individual Products Within The Limits Of The Contract Amount. B) The Duration Of The Order, Set At 36 Months, May Be Extended By The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Has Not Used The Quantity Of The Product Specified In The Contract.
