The Preparation Of Building History Reports Before Basic Improvement Projects And Demolition And Sale Situations Is An Established Practice In The City Of Helsinki. The Construction History Report Is An Important And Essential Part Of The Initial Data Of The Project And Together It Forms The Prerequisites For Condition Studies, Laser Scanning Inventory And The Initial Data Model For Repair Planning. On The Basis Of This Procurement Process, The Suppliers Are Selected With Whom Contracts For The Provision Of The Aforementioned Services (Framework Agreement) Will Be Concluded. A More Detailed Description Of The Tasks Covered By The Framework Arrangement Is Presented In The Service Description Attached To The Request For Tender (Appendix 1) And In The Other Appendices Of The Request For Tender. 6-8 Suppliers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement. If Fewer Bidders And Acceptable Bids Have Been Received That Meet The Minimum Requirements Than The Number Of Contractual Suppliers Presented Above, Correspondingly Fewer Contracts Will Be Concluded. The Percentage Describes The Distribution Of Orders In Euros, Not The Distribution Of The Number Of Orders. Assignments Are Ordered On The Basis Of A Percentage Distribution According To Overall Economic Affordability. The Estimated Value Of The Procurement During The Entire Procurement Period (Including Any Option Periods) Excluding Vat Is 4,000,000 Euros, And The Maximum Amount Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Procurement Is 6,000,000 Euros.
