Engineering Design Services – Construction Of Technical And Transport Infrastructure For The Center Of The City Of Prague – Nebušice – Project Work And Engineering Activities. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Design And Engineering Services For The Technical And Transport Infrastructure Of The Construction Project Of The New Central Precinct Of The Prague 6 – Nebušice District With Several Interconnected Buildings And Public Spaces (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project). The Project Is Based On The Architectural Study Construction Of The Center Of The Prague-Nebušice Municipal District (Hereinafter Referred To As The Study), The Author Of Which Is Anta Spol. S.R.O. (Ičo: 45793891), And Which Forms Annex No. 3 Zd. The Contracting Authority Points Out That The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Allow The Author Of The Study To Participate And Consult In All Phases Of The Implementation Of The Project In Order To Exercise The Personal Rights Of The Author In The Sense Of § 11, Paragraph 3 Of The Copyright Act (Act No. 121/2000 Coll., On Copyright, On Rights Related To Copyright And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of All Necessary Documents, Surveys, Surveying, Expert Assessments, Studies, Project Documentation And Engineering Activities Required For The Authorization Of The Construction Of Technical And Transport Infrastructure As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of The Following Activities In Particular: 1. Comprehensive Verification Of The Feasibility Of The Technical And Transport Infrastructure For The Construction Of The New Center Of Nebušice, Proposed In The Study 2. Development Of A Separate Energy And Technical Concept Of The Territory 3. Processing Of Documentation For Planning Permission In Accordance With The Building Act To The Extent That Enables The Submission Of A Flawless Application For Planning Permission 4. Ensuring Complete Engineering Activities Aimed At Issuing A Valid Planning Permission 5. Providing Cooperation To The Employer In Subsequent Phases Of The Projects Implementation The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Contained In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes.
