The Services Covered By This Contract Concern The Carrying Out Of Routine Maintenance Of Walls And Bridges And Other Civil Engineering Works Such As Protection Devices Against Rock Instability And Block Protection Works, The Management Of Which Is The Responsibility Of The Services Of The Allier Departmental Council. The Routes Crossed By The Structures Can Be Roads, Waterways, Railways, The Constraints Of Which Must Be Taken Into Account To Define The Means To Be Implemented To Carry Out The Services: Signage, Means Of Access, Temporary Structures, Intervention Periods (Day, Imposed Time Slots). The Implementation Of These Means Is The Responsibility Of The Company And Is Considered To Be Part Of The Services Defined By This Contract (No Remuneration For Site Installation Excluding Signage). The Structures Can Be Of All Types: Masonry, Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete, Mixed Steel-Concrete, Metal, Etc. The Engineering Structures Concerned By These Services Are Crossing Structures Whatever Their Opening: - Culverts, Bridges And Footbridges, - Concrete Or Metal Culverts, - Retaining Walls, - Noise Barriers, - Block Protection Structures And Protection Devices Against Rock Instability. The Services To Be Carried Out Are: - Cleaning Of Water Drainage Devices, - Removal Of Clumps And Floating Bodies Upstream Of Supports, - Removal Of Landings Under Structures Or Near Or At The Foot Of Walls, - Cleaning Of Road Joints And Their Accessories, - Cleaning Of Support Bases, - Cleaning Of Guardrails, - Removal Of Trees, Shrubs And Vegetation Throughout And Around The The Work, - Cleaning Of Wall Cladding, - Cleaning And Maintenance Of Water Collection And Evacuation Systems On And Around The Works, - Removal Of Posters, Covering Of Graffiti
