As Part Of This Award Procedure, Planning Services Are To Be Awarded For The Project To Build A New Elementary School With All-Day Care In Kolitzheim, Herlheim District. The Services In Question Include Basic Property Planning Services, Service Profiles For Buildings And Interiors, Hoai Service Phases 1 To 9, With A Division Into Contractual Service Levels. 1. About The Property The New Primary School With All-Day Care Is To Be Built On The Property With Field Number 1430, In The Herlheim District. The Property Is Owned By The Client And Is Currently Used For Agricultural Purposes On The Basis Of A Lease Agreement. The Lease Ends In October 2026. The Property Is Bordered By Two Parallel Field Paths To The East And West. In The South, The Property Borders On The Gardens Of The “Am Schulweg” Development Area. There Is A Land Use Plan For The Property, But No Development Plan. On November 11, 2025, The Client Decided To Draw Up A Development Plan (“Schweickhof Nord Herlheim”) For The Property. The Deployment Process Is Expected To Be Completed In December 2027. The Development Plan Will Contain Specifications For Development. The Preliminary Draft Is Expected To Be Available In October 2026. In Parallel With The Preparation Of A Development Plan, The Land Use Plan Will Be Changed. 2. About The Construction Phases The Project Can Be Divided Into Three Construction Phases. The Planning Services In Question Relate Exclusively To Construction Phase 1 And Construction Phase 2, Which May Be Implemented In Modular Construction To Reduce Construction Time. In Construction Phase 1, A Part Of The Building Is To Be Built That Will Accommodate All-Day Care, The School Administration And A Classroom. Construction Phase 1 Must Be Structurally Completed And Able To Go Into Operation By December 31, 2029 At The Latest. The Four Classes Of The Class That Are Currently Housed At The Zeilitzheim School Site Will Move Into The Newly Constructed Part Of The Building. In Construction Phase 2, Another Part Of The Building Is To Be Built, Structurally Connected To Construction Phase 1, In Which A Second Class Can Be Accommodated. The Four Classes Of The Class That Are Currently Housed At The Stammheim School Location Will Move Into This Part Of The Building. The Timing Of The Structural Realization Of Construction Phase 2 Cannot Currently Be Predicted For Economic Reasons.
