This Contract Is A Contract Treated At A Global And Fixed Price And It Is Also Treated In The Form Of A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Article R2162-3 Of The Code Which Is Executed By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders In Application Of Article R2191-16 Of This Same Code. For The Commissioned Part, This Contract Is Processed Without A Minimum And With A Maximum Set At 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Overall Duration Of The Contract. Prices Are Subject To Review. Payment Of Services Will Be Made In Compliance With The Overall Payment Deadline Applicable To The Buyer. The Payment Period Runs From The Date Of Receipt Of The Compliant Payment Request By The Services Of The Project Owner. The Rate Of Default Interest Is Equal To The Interest Rate Of The Main Refinancing Facility Applied By The European Central Bank To Its Most Recent Main Refinancing Operation Carried Out Before The First Calendar Day Of The Half-Year Of The Calendar Year During Which The Default Interest Started To Accrue, Increased By Eight Points. A Fixed Penalty Of 40 Euros Will Also Be Applied.
