Social Work And Related Services – Development Of Personal Assistance In The Olomouc Region - Lipník Nad Bečvou. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is To Ensure The Provision Of Personal Assistance Social Services In Accordance With § 39 Of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On Social Services, As Amended, Hereinafter Referred To As The Social Services Act), In Accordance With Other Provisions Of The Act On Social Services And Also In Accordance With Decree No. 505/2006 Coll., Which Implements Some Provisions Of The Act On Social Services. Basic Definition: The Social Service Of Personal Assistance Is A Field Service Provided To Persons Who Have Reduced Self-Sufficiency Due To Age, Chronic Illness Or Disability, Whose Situation Requires The Help Of Another Natural Person. The Service Is Provided In The Natural Environment Of The Person And During The Activities That The Person Needs. The Capacity Of The Social Service Is Given In The Format: Number Of Full-Time Workers In Direct Care Per Calendar Month.
