The Need For The Acquisition Is Due To The Fact That The Procurement Units Entire Server Virtualizations Are Based On Vmware Technology. About 95% Of The Subscribers Servers Have Been Virtualized. The Procurement Units Current Licensing Of Vmware Cloud Foundation (Vcf) Has Ended In 02/2026 When The Procurement Channel Expired. The Condition Of The Procurement Is That The Procurement Unit Manages Its Vmware Environment Itself From Its Own Computer Rooms.
