The Purpose Of The Ptk Is To Inform The Participants Of The Framework Agreement No. 01Cs-000370 About Its Intention To Award A Public Order In The Form Of A Mini-Tender Entitled Criminal Legal Support Of The Employees And Management Of The Řsd During The Actions Of Law Enforcement Authorities And At The Same Time To Discuss The Possible Setting Of The Method Of Remuneration And The Related Contractual Conditions In Order To Create Economically Acceptable Conditions For Legal Service Providers, Enabling To Ensure Sufficient Interest In Participating In Procurement Procedure And The Subsequent Provision Of The Required Services, While Maintaining The Principles Of Economy, Efficiency And Effectiveness When Spending Public Funds On The Part Of The Contracting Authority.
