Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Municipalitys Outdoor Lighting 2026–2027

The Municipality Of Teuva Requests Bids For The Maintenance And Upkeep Of The Lighting In The Municipalitys Outdoor Areas. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Ensure Safe, Reliable And Cost-Effective Maintenance Of The Street, Road, Park, Sports, Yard And Other Outdoor Lighting In The Municipality Throughout The Contract Period. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Agreement With One Service Provider. The Procurement Includes The Service, Maintenance, Repair And Fault Services Of All Lighting Networks In The Outer Areas Of The Municipality. The Service Providers Tasks Include, Among Other Things, The Annual Maintenance Rounds Of The Lighting, Locating And Repairing Faults, Replacing Lamps, Lamps, Fuses And Other Electrical Equipment, Investigating And Repairing Cable Faults, And Other Works Related To The Lighting Network Ordered Separately By The Customer. In Addition, The Procurement Includes Small-Scale Excavator Work Related To The Lighting Network And, If Necessary, Installation And Modification Of New Lamps, Poles And Other Lighting Structures In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Procurement Also Includes The Annual Installation And Dismantling Of The Municipalitys Seasonal Lighting (Christmas Lights). Tasks Include, For Example, Installing The Christmas Tree Lighting, Connecting It, Ensuring That It Is In Working Order, Installing Seasonal Lights At The Locations Specified By The Customer, And Dismantling The Lighting And Putting It In Storage Condition After The Season Ends. The Service Provider Must Have Sufficient Personnel, Equipment And Reserve Resources To Provide The Service Throughout The Contract Period. In Urgent Failure Situations Affecting Safety, The Service Provider Must Be Able To Initiate Corrective Measures Within The Response Time Specified In The Request For Tender. More Detailed Service Requirements, Response Times, Reporting Obligations And Pricing Criteria Are Presented In The Tender Documents. The Contract Period Begins With The Signing Of The Procurement Contract And Continues Until December 31, 2027. The Subscriber Also Has The Option Of Two Separate One (1) Year Option Periods For The Years 2028 And 2029. The Use Of Options Will Be Decided Separately.
