Kymenlaakson Jäte Oy Requests Your Offer In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Procurement Is A Procurement Of Goods Exceeding The National Threshold In Accordance With The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The Procurement Unit Tenders The Purchase Of Waste Containers Through An Open Procedure And Concludes A Framework Contract For The Delivery Of The Waste Containers Subject To Procurement. The Procurement Unit Can Choose One Or More Suppliers For The Framework Arrangement. The Duration Of The Framework Arrangement Is Two (2) Years, Starting On January 1, 2027 And Ending Without Separate Notice On December 31, 2028. The Conditions Presented In The Draft Contract Are The Minimum Procurement Requirements. By Submitting A Bid, The Bidder Undertakes To Comply With The Terms Of The Draft Contract. The Selected Suppliers Must Accept The Draft Contract As It Is, And No Substantial Changes May Be Made To It During The Contract Period, Contrary To Procurement Legislation.
