Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Toimitilat (Procurement Unit Or Client) Requests Bids For Developer Consulting Services For Two Renovation Projects To Be Implemented At Its Sites In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. The Projects Concern The Renovation Of Facades And Water Roofs With Their Accessories In Two Of The Clients Locations: 1) Minervankatu 3: 4-Storey Residential Building Completed In 1938 2) Sturenkatu 12: 4-Storey Office Building Completed In 1912 The Works Are To Be Carried Out During 2027. Regarding Minervankatu 3, The Renovation Work On The Facade Facing The School Yard Is Intended To Be Done During The Summer Holiday Season. The Works Are Described In More Detail In The Material Attached To The Request For Tenders. The Tender Must Name A Corresponding Developer Consultant Who Acts As The Developer Consultant With The Main Responsibility For Both Projects. (The Customer Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Bidding In The Electronic Bidding System)- The Service Provider Is Responsible For The Overall Management Of The Contracts, Such As Scheduling, Guidance And Information. As A Supervisor Of The Interest And The Realization Of The Goals Set For The Projects And Takes Part In Ensuring That The Contracts Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Legislation And The Procurement Contract. The Service Provider Immediately Informs The Customer Of The Risks It Detects In Terms Of Schedule, Quality Or Budget, And Provides The Customer With An Action Plan To Eliminate The Risk In Question Or To Minimize Its Effects. As The Final Result Of The Procurement Procedure, The Procurement Unit Selects One (1) Service Provider, With Whom It Enters Into A Procurement Contract For Services Relating To Both Projects.
