The Mäntsälä Municipalitys Technical And Vitality Services Facility Services Unit Tenders For Electrical Installation Work, Various Works Related To Building System Installations, And Related Supplies For Maintenance Work On Properties Owned By The Customer. The Contracting Party In The Procurement Is Mäntsälä Municipality. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Two (2) Years From 1 January 2027 To 31 December 2028. The Procurement Includes Two One (1+1) Year Options For The Periods 1.1.-31.12.2029 And 1.1.-31.12.2030. The Procurement Is Divided Into Five Parts, The Offer Can Be Left In One Or More Parts. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Select The Five (5) Suppliers That Meet The Minimum Requirements And Are Economically The Most Economical For The Sub-Area: 1. Basic Electrical Installation Work. 2. Security And Control Systems, Five (5) Suppliers That Are Economically The Most Economical And Meet The Minimum Requirements.3. Fire And Exit Safety Systems, Five (5) Suppliers That Are Economically The Most Economical And Meet The Minimum Requirements.4. Av, Public Address And Meeting Systems, Five (5) Suppliers That Are Economically The Most Economical And Meet The Minimum Requirements.5. Telecommunications And Cabling Systems, Five (5) Suppliers That Are Economically The Most Economical And Meet The Minimum Requirements. If Not Enough Bids Are Received Or Bids Have To Be Rejected, The Number Of Selected Suppliers By Sub-Area May Be Less. A Framework Arrangement Is Established With The Selected Suppliers. Based On The Procurement Contract, The Customer Places Orders With The Suppliers, The Duration And Possible Details Of The Order Are Determined According To The Customers Needs. The Tender Request Concerns The Customers Real Estate And Premises, As Well As Separately Defined (Mainly Small And/Or Vague In Terms Of Contract Calculation) Work Performance/Complexes To Be Carried Out In Them During The Contract Period. In Addition To Maintenance Work, Annual Investment Work Is Ordered Through The Contract. The Duration Of The Work Varies From One (1) Hour To A Few Months. The Works Are Ordered As Invoicing Work On An Hourly Basis Or Separately At A Contract Price Competitively Tendered Among Framework Contract Suppliers. The Works Are Carried Out In Accordance With The General Contract Terms Of The Yse 1998 Construction Contract And The Project-Specific Contract Documents. If The Estimated Value Of An Individual Assignment Exceeds Eur 50,000 (Vat 0%), The Customer Has The Right To Demand A Construction Time Guarantee From The Service Provider. The Amount Of The Guarantee Is 5% Of The Estimated Total Value Of The Assignment. The Security Must Be A Bank, Insurance Or Other Self-Debt Guarantee Accepted By The Customer.
