In The Project, The Property Located At Vihdintie 1, 03100 Nummela Will Be Completely Demolished. The Demolition Work Is Carried Out In Two Separate Phases, Both Of Which Are Tendered As Separate Entities. Phase 1: Removal Of Asbestos And Harmful Substances From The Property, Complete Contract Phase 2: Demolition Of The Property, Complete Contract This Call For Tender Only Applies To Phase 1: Demolition Of Asbestos And Harmful Substances From The Property. The Condition For Signing The Contract For The Demolition Of The Site (Phase 1) Is The Validity Of The Demolition Permit. Without A Legally Binding Demolition Permit, The Customer Reserves The Right To Suspend The Purchase. During Phase 1 Asbestos And Harmful Substance Demolition, Phase 2 Will Be Started At The Site. During The Project, The Execution Of Various Demolition Works Will Be Coordinated Between The Demolition Contractors.
