Part 1 Covering The Supply Of Equipment And Equipment Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program Including: 1) Fire Engine Pump, 2) Submersible Pump, 3) Set Of High-Pressure Pneumatic Bags, 4) Door Breaking Kit, 5) Inverter Generator, 6) Rescue Saw, 7) Petrol Cutter, 8) Air Dryer. 9) Construction Extension Cord On A Drum 5.7.The Entire Assortment Constituting The Subject Of The Order (Including All Parts) Must Be Brand New, Unused, And Have All Declarations And Technical Approvals, Certificates And Documents Allowing For Marketing In The European Union Of The Materials And Electrical Components Used. 5.8.The Entire Assortment Should Meet All Standards And Regulations Necessary For Their Distribution And Use Within The European Union.5.9.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Indicated Documents To The Ordering Party Together With The Devices Covered By The Order.5.10.The Manufacturers Authorized Service Must Be Located In Poland5.11.The Delivered Subject Of The Order - Must Be Delivered To The Indicated Place In The Moryń Commune - 5.12.The Delivered Equipment Must Be Complete (Ready For Use)5.13.As Part Of The Delivery, The Contractor Will Deliver All The Ordered Equipment At His Own Expense.5.14.As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Train The Indicated Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Use Of The Devices.5.15.During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Carry Out All Inspections Required By Manufacturers Free Of Charge.5.16.During The Warranty Period, In The Event Of A Failure Of The Ordered Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove It Within 3 Business Days.5.17.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Order - A Minimum Of 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works And The Signed (Without Comments) Acceptance Protocol, Or More - If The Contractor Wishes To Obtain Additional Points Awarded Under One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, I.E. Warranty (Chapter 21 Of The Contract Agreement), The Contractor May Provide A Longer Warranty Period. The Warranty Period Will Be Equal To The Period Of The Warranty Granted By The Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers5.18.The Description Specifies The Minimum Requirements For The Supplies That Are The Subject Of This Procedure.
