The Object Of The Purchase Is The Provision Of Design Services For The Development Of The Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of Works / The Project For The Authorization Of Construction (Dtac/Pac), The Technical Project (Pt) And The Execution Details (Dde), The Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals And Agreements Provided For In The Urban Planning Certificate, The Technical Quality Check Of The Project, As Well As The Provision Of Technical Assistance From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works, For The Investment Objective Rehabilitation Of Dirt And Utility Streets, Stage 1, In Order To Increase The Quality Of Housing, Improve Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions And Develop The Technical-Building Infrastructure Related To The 25 Streets Included In Stage 1 Of The Investment Program Of The Municipality Of Arad. The Contracting Authority Has Analyzed The Ways In Which The Identified Need Can Be Satisfied, Namely: - The Purchase Of Design Services (Dtac/Pac, Pt, Dde), The Necessary Documentation To Obtain Approvals And Agreements, The Technical Quality Check Of The Project, As Well As Technical Assistance From The Designer For The Realization/Implementation Of The Investment Objective. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Clarification Requests Addressed Within The Term Provided For In Section I.3 (20 Days) 11 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, In Accordance With Prev. Art. 160 And 161 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
