The Subject Of This Construction Tender Is The Heating Trade (Kg 420 Heat Supply Systems And Kg 434 Refrigeration Systems) For The Realization Of The New Functional Building At The Rems-Murr Clinic Schorndorf. The Heating Work Includes The Production Of The Heat Supply And Refrigeration Systems For The New Functional Building, Including The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Regulation And Documentation Services Required For This. The Systems Serve To Supply The Medical Functional Areas, Nursing Areas And Other Areas Of Use Of The New Building. The Heating Work Includes The Following Services In Particular: - Construction Of Heat Supply Systems Including Local Heat Transfer Stations, - Delivery And Installation Of Approx. 180 Radiators, - Manufacture Of Surgical Wall Heaters With A Total Area Of Approx. 315 M², - Delivery And Installation Of Cooling Ceilings With A Total Area Of Approx. 3,450 M², - Delivery And Commissioning Of Two Refrigeration Machines With An Output Of 600 Kw Each, - Delivery And Installation Of Approx. 45 Circulating Air Coolers. The Heating And Cooling Systems Are Of Crucial Importance For The Overall Construction Process And The Subsequent Commissioning Of The New Functional Building, As They Create Essential Prerequisites For The Completion And Intended Operation Of The Medical Functional, Treatment And Care Areas. The Services Are Closely Dependent On Technology And Timing On Numerous Other Expansion And Technical Building Trades, In Particular The Ventilation, Plumbing, Electrical Installation, Building Management Technology And The Energy Center Trades. Particular Challenges Arise From The Integration Of Sophisticated Heating And Cooling Supply Systems In Highly Installed Medical Areas, The Large Number Of Interfaces To Other Technical Systems And The Sometimes Limited Space Within The Building.
