Festival Organization Services – Organization Of The Pirineos Sur Festival Editions 2027 And 2028, With The Possibility Of Extending It, Annually, For The Editions Of 2029 And 2030, Consisting Of The Development And Management Of The Artistic Programming Of The Lanuza Auditorium And Its Communication, Including The Planning, Design And Installation Of The Necessary Infrastructures And The Provision Of Hospitality Services On The Premises. The Object Of The Contract Is The Organization Of The Pirineos Sur Festival In The 2027 And 2028 Editions, With The Possibility Of Extending It, On An Annual Basis, For The 2029 And 2030 Editions, Consisting Of The Development And Management Of The Artistic Programming Of The Lanuza Natural Auditorium And Its Communication, Including The Planning, Design And Installation Of The Different Necessary Infrastructures And The Provision Of The Hospitality Service At The Venue, Which Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Determinations Contained In The P.P.T. Which Contains Five Annexes, Annex Iii Corresponding To The Self-Protection Plan For The Pirineos Sur Festival 2025, Which Is Attached For Guidance Purposes, Providing The Final Self-Protection Plan To The Person Awarded The Contract.
