Accordingly, specialized and licensed private medical laboratories wishing to participate can fill out the attached forms and submit their proposals according to the following conditions: The applicant must be duly licensed and registered, with a valid copy of the lab license and anup-to-date and valid commercial registration attached. The laboratory must provide information on facilities, equipment, technical and operational capacity, as well as its ability to provide the required tests. Clarify the geographical coverage of the laboratory and the branches or service locations in Gaza, Deir al-Balah and Khan Younis, where one or more laboratories can be contracted depending on capacity, geographical coverage, and availability of tests. Prices must be in USD based on a zero-invoice and inclusive of all costs associated with the provision of the service, and the unit prices must be fixed throughout the term of the framework agreement. The bidder or part of the bidder must submit a Source-Exporter Discount Certificate and in case the supplier fails to provide this certificate, 10% of the contract value or its invoice will be withheld to be transferred to the Palestinian Tax Authority. Prices must be valid for at least 90 days from the date of closing the bid. MAP Medical Aid for Palestinians MAP is not obligated to pay the lowest prices without giving reasons.And he has the right to MAP contracting one or more laboratories based on technical and financial evaluation, test availability, geographical coverage, operational capacity, duration of results and value for money.
