Tenders are invited for Construction of Jounieh LCD Station Closing Date: Sunday, 11. Oct 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Development Under project ref. DWR/PPR 2026/063/2 titled Building the resilience of local communities in Lebanon by strengthening the crisis management and civil protection system funded by the Polish Aid, PCPM is seeking suppliers for the construction of the Lebanese Civil Defense station in Jounieh. The following ITB would like to evaluate the cost estimation of the construction of the proposed LCD station in accordance with the BOQ. The current ITB is based on the station built in Qobayat that followed the LCD General Directorate standards for regional stations as a model, in order to ensure fair competition. Final design adjustments will follow depending on the Lebanese Civil Defense Stations need in Jounieh and land requirements. These will be communicated to the awarded supplier. By submitting their proposals, suppliers acknowledge that they are flexible in case of potential variations in design and quantities, which PCPM ensures will be minor, and maintain their unit prices for the duration of the bid validity period. Implementation will be divided into 2 phases: Phase 1-2026: Foundation and structure (upon signature of the agreement) Phase 2-2027: Completion of works PCPM hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to this ITB for the above-referenced subject.
