A 3m x 3m heavy-duty aluminium gazebo for outdoor use with a robust rust-proof frame, a waterproof and UV-resistant canopy, and secure ground peg anchor points. Frame Specifications Size: 3 meters x 3 meters Material: High-grade extruded aluminium (6061-T6 or similar alloy). Leg Post Thickness: Hexagonal or square profile, 40mm to 50mm diameter, with a wall thickness of 1.5mm to 2mm. Truss Bars: Reinforced internal ribbing, usually 30mm x 15mm or larger, for high wind resistance. Connectors: Cast aluminium or heavy-duty engineering-grade nylon/polycarbonate joints (avoid cheap thin plastic). Height Adjustment: Telescopic legs with push-button or pull-pin locking mechanisms, offering multiple clearance height levels (usually up to 2.1m2.4m headroom). Wind Rating: Certified rating of at least 50 km/h to 70 km/h when fully tied down. Corrosion Protection: Ensure the frame has a marine-grade anodised or thick powder-coated finish. Canopy & Panels Specifications Fabric Material: 500D to 600D Polyester or Heavy-Duty Oxford weave. Coating: PVC or PU coating on the underside for 100% waterproof performance. UV Protection: UPF 50+ rating, blocking over 98% of harmful ultraviolet rays. Fire Retardant: Compliant with CPAI-84 or BS 7837 fire safety standards. Seams: Double-stitched and seam-sealed with waterproof tape to prevent leaking. Velcro attachments: side panels must attach to the canopy and to each other with Velcro along the seams Anchoring & Ground Pegs Peg Material: Heavy-duty galvanized steel. Peg Size: Large spiral or heavy stake pegs, typically 30cm-40cm long for deep ground penetration. Anchor Points: Large galvanised steel at the base of each leg with pre-drilled holes for heavy-duty steel spikes and guy line attachments.
