Expression of Interest for Hiring of the Environment and Social Safeguard (ESS) Consultant for the Primary Healthcare System Enhancing Project (PHSEP) Minimum Educational Qualification A Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science and Natural Resource Management, Agriculture, Science, Civil Engineering, Sociology, or a related field. Additional Qualifications A postgraduate qualification in relevant fields. Any professional qualification in the relevant fields. Experience and other Requirements Age should not be older than 64 Years at the date of closing of EOI. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the Environmental Social Safeguard profession including a minimum of 2 years of ESS experience in foreign funded projects. Good knowledge of World Bank Environment and Social Safeguard policies. Familiar with World Bank Safeguard procedures/ Systems and working experience with WB-financed projects in the area of Environment and Social Safeguard. Mature, able to lead and take on high level of responsibility; ability to work independently and as a team member; strong interpersonal skills. Honest, high ethical standard, motivated and hardworking, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
