The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Canteen With A Kitchen And Associated Infrastructure In Łomża. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annexes No. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 To The Swz. 2. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Closed Area - Al. Legionów, Łomża, Province Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. 3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For The Period Of: 60 Months. 4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Equipment And Fittings For A Period Of: 60 Months. 5. The Contractor Will Provide A Tightness Guarantee For The Reinforced Concrete Structure Made Using The White Bathtub Technology, Including Sealing Of Any Leaks In The Underground Part Of The Building For A Period Of 60 Months. 6. Warranty Period: A) For Physical Defects: 60 Months - According To Art. 568 § 1 Of The Civil Code B) Tightness Of The Reinforced Concrete Structure Made Using The White Bathtub Technology, Including Sealing Of Possible Leaks In The Underground Part Of The Building: 60 Months. 7. Warranty And Care Period For Transplants: 36 Months. 8. From The Date Of Handing Over The Facility For Use, For 60 Months The Contractor Will Carry Out Free Maintenance And Inspections Of: Elevators, Heat Transfer Technology, Sewage Pumping Station, Mechanical Ventilation Installation, Air Conditioning Installation, Ups, Fire Alarm System, Smoke Removal System, Menu Board System, Sound System, Video Intercom System And Kitchen Technology. 9. Required Deadline For Completing The Order With Obtaining Material Effect: - Minimum 1,490 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, - Maximum 1,672 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
