The Subject Of The Procurement Is Work Related To The Maintenance, Installation, Relocation And Maintenance Of The Port And Wharf Areas Of The City Of Porvoo And The Outdoor Recreation Areas Of The Archipelago, As Well As Diving Work. The Work Sites Are Located In Porvoos Small Marinas, Wharf Areas And Swimming Beaches, As Well As Outdoor Recreation Areas Located In The Citys Archipelago. Small Boat Harbors/Piers Are Located In Porvoonjoki, Gammelbacka, Hamari, Kråkö, Tolkkis, Skeppars, Pellingi, Virvik And Jakari. The Citys Outdoor Areas In The Archipelago Are Located In Hakasalo, Mäntysaari, Norrholmen And Äggskäri. Swimming Piers Are Located In Kokonniemi Land Swimming Pool, Hasselholma And Staffaks (Veckjärvi) And Venjärvi. The Procurement Includes The Following Work Tasks: 1 Diving Work, Short-Term And Long-Term (Lasting No More Than One Hour And Lasting More Than An Hour, Including One Surface Person) 2 Work On A Work Platform, 3 Crane Truck Work And 4 Separate Personal Work And Maintenance Work. The Work Includes, Among Other Things, Moving, Installing And Fixing Piers, Footbridges, Boat Ramps, Buoys And Concrete Weights, As Well As Other Tasks Related To The Maintenance Of Harbor And Pier Structures. Procurement Needs Vary Each Year. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Subscriber Chooses At Least One (1) And At Most (5) Five Service Providers For The Framework Arrangement. The Contract Period Is Initially Valid For A Limited Period Of Two (2) Years, After Which The Subscriber Has The Right To Decide On The Use Of 1+1 Or Two Option Years. However, The Validity Of The Agreement Ends At The Latest When Four (4) Years Have Passed Since The Framework Agreement Entered Into Force. The Agreement Ends Regardless Of The Term Of The Agreement Without A Separate Notice, When The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Of 480,000 Euros Is Reached. In Addition To Porvoos Urban Infrastructure, Porvoos Sports Services Acquire The Services Described In This Call For Tenders And Its Appendices Through The Framework Arrangement Established As A Result Of The Tender.
