The Subject Of This Study Is The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu, Which Is The Base Material For The Implementation Of The Order Called Expansion Of The Histocompatibility Laboratory At The Pomnik - Childrens Health Center Institute. The Ffu Concerns The Design And Implementation Of Construction Works And Arrangement Of Rooms, Including The Preparation Of Full Design Documentation For The Above Scope Of Works, Obtaining The Necessary Permits (If Required), And Carrying Out The Acceptance Of The Works. Referenced In This Ffu The Provisions Should Be Applied In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Status, I.E. Together With Any Changes Introduced On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. Each Indication In The Pfu Of A Standard, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System, Trademark, Manufacturer Or Proprietary Solution Should Be Understood In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law, In Particular With The Admission Of Equivalent Solutions. When Referring To Standards, The Wording Should Be Understood As Or Equivalent And Equivalence Must Be Demonstrated By The Contractor By Appropriate Means Of Evidence. The Names Of The Existing Ipczd Systems Indicated In The Pfu Are Used To Describe The Existing State And The Required Interoperability. The Pfu Defines The Scope Of The Order, Is The Basis For Preparing A Calculation (Estimate) Of The Costs Of Contract Implementation And Establishing A Lump-Sum Offer Price For The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task Including: Development Of Design Documentation Necessary To Perform Construction Works, Including Development Of A Construction Design (If Required), Executive Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Acceptance Requirements Premises By State Administration Bodies, Including, Among Others, Sanepid, Udt (If Required).,▪ Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Appropriate Permits, Expert Opinions, Opinions And Arrangements Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, And If Necessary, Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Appropriate Consents For Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations,▪ Performance Of Construction, Demolition, Assembly, Installation And Finishing Works Related To The Task In Question, Including Technological Commissioning And Commissioning, ▪ Comprehensive And Complete Furnishing Of The Rooms With Furniture And Equipment, In Accordance With The Developed Design And The Ordering Partys Requirements, ▪ Delivery And Assembly Of White Assembly With Fittings And Accessories, In Accordance With The Developed Design And Technology, ▪ Execution Of Necessary Instructions And Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff.
