The Scope Includes Preparatory And Demolition Works, Earthworks, Foundations, Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Small Architecture Elements, Construction Of A Fence With A Gate, Safe Sand Surface, Paving Stones, Surfaces Grass, Tidying Up The Area, As-Built Documentation And Delivery Of Movable Equipment Specified In Annex No. 3C. The Detailed Description Of The Works Results From The Opz, The Architectural And Construction Design Of September 1, 2026 (Including Chapter 6 Technical Specification), The Bill Of Quantities And The List Of Movable Equipment. The Documents Should Be Read Together. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, And The Basis For The Valuation Is The Entirety Of The Order Documents And The Scope Necessary For The Complete Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings, The Ordering Party Is In The Process Of Obtaining A Building Permit Decision. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Building Permit Decision, Which Will Authorize The Commencement Of Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, No Later Than On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. Commencement Of Construction Works Requiring A Permit Before The Contractor Is Provided With A Decision Authorizing Their Commencement Is Unacceptable.
