1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation (Stage 1), And Then The Execution Of Construction Works (Stage 2) As Part Of The Task In The Design And Build System, Consisting In The Design And Implementation Of A Fire Protection Installation. And The Call System In The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Bożenków, Together With The Dismantling And Specialized Disposal Of Old Systems.2) The Purpose Of The Order Is To Improve The Level Of Safety Of Residents And Staff Of The Social Welfare Home In Bożenkowo By Designing And Implementing A New Installation, Network And Devices Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp), Replacing The Existing, Outdated System For Which The Manufacturer No Longer Provides Spare Parts Or Technical Support, As Well As The Construction Of A New Call System Enabling Residents To Quickly Call Assistance.3) The Building Of The Social Welfare Home In Bożenkowo Serves As A Collective Residential Facility Intended For 24-Hour Stay Of Residents.4) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Including In Particular The Concept, Executive Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Order, The Health And Safety Plan (Bioz) And Guidelines On The Organization Of The Construction Site And The Technology Of Work Execution, And After The Completion Of The Works, The Development Of As-Built Documentation Along With The Execution As-Built Inventory; B) Agreeing The Design Documentation With A Fire Protection Expert And Obtaining The Arrangements, Opinions, Notifications, Permits And Administrative Decisions Required By Law, If Obtaining Them Is Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task; C) Developing A Fire Scenario For The Building Covered By The Scope Of The Order; D) Implementing, Based On The Detailed Design Prepared By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party, A New System Protecting The Building In The Scope Of Total Protection In Accordance With Pkn Cen Ts 54-14;E) Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Fire Alarm Control Panels Together With The Cabling. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Document The Disposal Of Ionization (Isotope) Detectors. The Contractor, Together With The As-Built Documentation, Will Provide The Ordering Party With Protocols On The Disposal Of Ionization Sensors At The Radioactive Waste Disposal Plant; F) Replacement Of Existing Rop Buttons And Fire Detectors Along With Installationg) Delivery And Assembly, Configuration And Programming Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp) Control Panel H) Construction And Connection Of The Cable Infrastructure Of The Fire Alarm System, Including Replacement Of Existing Ssp Signal Transmission Cables Connected To Individual Rooms Of The Facility, To The Extent Specified In The Design Documentation;I) Delivery And Installation Of New Devices Initiating The Transmission Of Information About A Fire To The Control Panel
