The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works And Accompanying Works Related To The Construction Works Performed As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Eki Z Małeka Square. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Communication System In The Area Of The Eki Z Małeki Square Together With The Technical Infrastructure, As Well As The Scope Of Work Indicated In The Drawings Attached To The Study In The Road, Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Design. The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works And Within The Scope Specified In The Bills Of Quantities. Works - The Mentioned Studies Constitute Annexes No. 2-4 To The Swz. The Entire Subject Of The Order Is Subject To Execution In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Engineering And Generally Applicable Law.
