Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Existing Outpatient Clinic Building With An External Elevator (Part 1 Of The Order) And A Vestibule (Part 2 Of The Order).

1. Subject Of The Order: Extension Of The Existing Building Of The Outpatient Clinic With An External Elevator.2.The Scope Of Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of An External Elevator, 2) Installation Of A Glass Roof Over The Elevator And Over The Entrance To The Building, 3) Construction Of A Ramp For The Disabled With A Landing And External Steps, The Elevator Shaft Was Designed As A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Structure. The Foundation Is A 30 Cm Thick Foundation Slab, Made Of A Layer Of Compacted Gravel On A Prepared Base. There Is A Layer Of Base Concrete Under The Slab. The Foundation Slab And Structural Elements Will Be Made Of C30/35 Class Concrete And B500 Class Steel Reinforcement. The Walls Of The Elevator Shaft Were Designed As Reinforced Concrete, 20 Cm Thick, Reinforced On Both Sides. The Structure Is Closed By A 25 Cm Thick Upper Board. The Shaft Should Be Protected Against Moisture With Heavy Insulation To The Ground Level. In Places Of Interference With The Existing Building, Including When Making New Door Openings, Prefabricated Pre-Stressed Concrete Lintels Were Designed To Ensure Safe Transfer Of Loads From The Existing Structure.
