The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of A Section Of Wypoczynkowa Street In Szczecinek, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Contractors Offer, Legal Provisions, Including Technical And Construction Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Along With The Removal Of Defects Found During The Implementation Of The Works, Upon Acceptance And During The Warranty Period For Defects And Quality Guarantee.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works Referred To In Section 1, Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Particular: 1) Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design With Annexes; 2) Technical/Executive Design; 3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); 4) Permanent Road Traffic Organization Design. 5) Decision Granting Construction Permit No. 234/2022 (Sign Ab.6740.1.234.2022.Ap) Of August 29, 2022. 6) Decision To Change The Construction Permit No. 289/2025 (Case Reference Ab.6740.1.289.2025.Ap) Of September 5, 2025. 3. The Bills Of Quantities Made Available As Part Of The Contract Award Procedure Constitute Auxiliary And Informational Material. They Do Not Constitute An Independent Basis For Determining The Scope Of Works Or A List Of All Works And Costs Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement. Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities But Included In The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb Or Resulting Therefrom Do Not Constitute Additional Works. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Bill Of Quantities And The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb, The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Are Decisive For Determining The Scope Of Works. The Contractor May Not Demand Additional Remuneration For Not Including The Works Or Costs Resulting From The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb In The Offer Price. 4.
