A) Part I - Active Pedestrian Crossing With Hybrid Power Supply At Ul. Czackiego,1.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2.Active Crossings Are To Have Intelligent Motion Detectors Integrated With A Vision System Using Advanced Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Algorithms. Automatic Activation Of Warning Signals Is Intended To Recognize Pedestrian Movement And The Pedestrians Intention To Enter The Crossing. Real-Time Image Analysis Is Intended To Ensure Error-Free Recognition.3.All Passages Are To Be Equipped With Integration Cubes.4.The Condition For The Commencement Of Works Is The Implementation Of A Developed And Approved Project For A Temporary Change In Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works.5. In The Design Documentation For The Active Crossing At Ul. Czackiego Incorrectly Described The Road As Two-Way. Therefore, Only Devices For A One-Way Road Should Be Valued, And Peo Elements Should Be Used On Both Sides.6.Due To The Fact That Drive-On Luminaires Are Normally Installed At 1 M Intervals, Due To The Width Of Individual Roadways, The Following Should Be Provided: - On Ul. Czackiego – 12 Luminaires (2X6), - On Ul. Rafineryjna – 14 Luminaires (2X7), - On Ul. Sikorski – 14 Bindings (2X7).7.Equivalence: A) The Ordering Party, In The Case Of Describing The Subject Of The Contract Using Trademarks, Standards, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Referred To In Art. 101 Section 4-5 Of The Act, Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Terms Of The Adopted Technical Solutions, Materials, Products And Standards Used, Provided That Those Proposed In The Offer Are Substantially Equivalent To Those Specified In The Design Documentation. B) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Other Reserved Or Exclusive Rights, Or The Origin Of The Subject Of The Order Or Its Part Is Specified - It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party, Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, Has Provided Such A Description With Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent In Terms Of Functionality And With Technical And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. If An Offer Is Submitted Containing The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party, The Obligation To Prove Their Equivalence With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor. In Such A Case, The Contractor, Together With The Offer (Not Subject To Supplementation), Will Submit A List Of Equivalent Materials Together With Other Necessary Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirements, E.G. Device Cards, Safety Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Technical Approvals, Etc. And Technical Parameters Including Products With The Given Reference Parameters Include
