Design And Technical Documentation, Which Includes Design Documentation For The Road And Telecommunications Industry And The Building Permit Decision, Opinions And Arrangements, And Bills Of Quantities.6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of A Culvert At Km 0+078.59 Included In The Road Industry Construction Design.7. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With At Least A 60-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Performed And The Materials And Devices Installed, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.
