1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Office Building, Which Involves Adapting The Underground Floor To Serve As A Temporary Shelter. The Underground Floor Of The Building, After Its Adaptation, Will Have A Double Function: It Will Be An Mds Function During An Emergency, And In The Remaining Time It Will Be An Auxiliary Function For The Administration And Office: Storage, Economic And Technical. The Facility Will Be Constructed In Accordance With The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025. On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Dual-Use Rooms.
