Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With The Revitalization Of The Playground At Street Siedmiogrodzka 11 In Warsaw

The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With The Revitalization Of The Playground At Ul. Siedmiogrodzka 11 In Warsaw (Registered Plot No. 47, District 6-04-01). The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract And The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Contractor Submits The Offer By Attaching Technical Data Sheets Of The Devices Along With Device Certificates Valid As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, Confirming Compliance Of Individual Elements With The Applicable Standards, Current Ones, Issued By The Polish Center For Accreditation. Certificates Should Be Provided With The Offer And With The Authorization Of Their Manufacturer. The Playground Equipment Presented In The Annex To The Functional And Utility Program Are Exemplary Solutions. The Contractor May Use Devices From Any Manufacturer, Provided That The Requirements Arising From Their Descriptions In The Design Are Met. When Proposing Devices Equivalent To Those Designed, The Contractor Should Attach To The Offer Technical Data Sheets Of The Devices In Order To Compare The Functional And Technological Equivalence, Including: Product Visualization, Size, Material And Technological Parameters, List Of Elements, Functionalities Of Individual Playground Equipment And Compliance With The Standard (In The Case Of Devices That Require It). The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Devices: A) Fulfilling The Required Functions As Described In The Fup, B) Whose Dimensions Are Within The Margin Of +/- 5% Of All Those Specified In Pfu Dimensions, Provided That The Arrangement Of The Devices Will Maintain The Required Safe Zones And Will Not Force A Change In The Planned Area Of The Existing Playground, C) Having Current Certificates For The Devices As At The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, Issued By The Polish Center For Accreditation. When Submitting An Offer For Devices Other Than Those Designed, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Offer A Land Development Concept Proving That The Offered Products Meet The Project Assumptions, Without Enlarging The Area Of The Playground And The Safe Surface Constructed, As Well As Material Cards Confirming The Minimum Parameters Of The Playground Equipment. It Is Required To Maintain The Quality, Aesthetic, Material, Size, Color And Technological Parameters, Consistent With The Elements Indicated In The Functional And Utility Program. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach To The Submitted Offer A Valuation Of The Works And Proposed Toys, In Accordance With Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For The Conducted Business With An Insurance Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 50,000.00 For The Entire Duration Contract.
