The Task Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Design Documentation For The Task: Renovation Of A Single-Lane Reinforced Concrete Road Bridge, Located Along Łomnicka Street, Municipal Road No. 115174D, On The Kalnica River. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz Documentation.5. The Ordering Party Obtained A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works, Decision No. 1521/2026 Of August 19, 2026, From The Lower Silesian Monuments Conservator6. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Its Annexes, Design Documentation, As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer.7. The Ordering Party Provides The Bills Of Quantities. The Amount Of Work Should Be Determined Based On The Design Documentation. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element.8. The Ordering Party Requires That Meetings With The Contractor On The Investment Site Take Place At Least Twice A Month And Upon Each Request From The Contractor.9.
