The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Fence (Retaining Wall And Boundary Wall) On Plot No. 24 On The Border With Plots No. 27/7, 27/12 And 27/5 Adjacent To The Property At Ul. From The South, West And North. Północna 9 In Warsaw And Demolition Of A Wooden Farm Building. The Fence On The South Side And The Wooden Building Adjacent To It Should Be Demolished. The Upper Built-Up Part Of The Fence On The Western Side And On The Northern Side Should Also Be Demolished. The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: General Construction Works, Demolition Works, Earthworks, Masonry And Masonry Works And Other Accompanying Works. Details Can Be Found In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz). The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is A Minimum Of 24 Months, Starting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol. Offering A Longer Warranty Of A Maximum Of 5 Years Will Be Additionally Scored By The Ordering Party. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Supplemented By The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
