Task No. 1: Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Internal Road On A Section Of 900.93 M Along The Mineral Water Trail In The Town Of Milik As Part Of The Project Titled: Construction Of Mountain Bike Trails In Muszyna In The Design And Build Formula, Located In The Register No. 137/1, Milik District. Material Scope Determined On The Basis Of The Program Functional And Utility (Ffu) Task Entitled: Construction Of Mountain Bicycle Trails In The Muszyna Commune - Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Internal Road On A Section Of 900.93 M Along The Mineral Water Trail In Milik. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Reconstruction Of The Internal Road On A Section With A Length Of 900.93 M, I.E. In Km From 0+000.00 To 0+900.93. The Subject Of The Order Is Based On The So-Called Design And Build Formula, I.E. It Includes The Execution Of Design And Construction Works As Well As The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. The Investment Should Be Designed And Implemented In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Polish Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts, Technical And Construction Regulations And Polish And European Standards. The Implementation Of The Task Will Be Completed By Final Acceptance And Ultimately Obtaining An Occupancy Permit. (Unless The Current Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Conditions Of The Construction Permit Only Require Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works).
