The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Modernization Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In The Town Of Łążyn By: A) Implementation Of The Task In The Design-Build Formula, Which Means That The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Developing Complete Design Documentation And Performing Construction Works, Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, And Permits Necessary To Complete The Order. B) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specified Has Been Included In The Attached Documentation, Which Includes: Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Swz With Attachments.2.The Scope Of Works Within The Agreed Remuneration Also Includes: A) Implementation Of Executive Works Including Approved Technical Solutions Specified In This Documentation. B) Obtaining The Necessary Permits For Use Or Effective Notice Of Completion Of Works And Preparing As-Built Documentation Together With A Surveying Inventory.3.Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Area, Therefore The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Resulting Restrictions And The Need To Implement Additional Security Measures, Keep The Construction Entrance Free Of Traffic Obstacles And Remove Dirt, Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage On An Ongoing Basis. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Construct 800 Meters Of The Road Within The Scope Of Dw 546. (Attention! The Scope Of The Pfu Development Is Broader, The Exclusion Of 800 Meters Of The Designed Road Should Be Included In The Offer). 5. In Accordance With The Fup Assumptions, The Contractor Should Provide For The Execution Of Exits To Each Farm As Well As To Individual Arable Fields (Minimum 1 Exit Per Plot). 6.
