The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In Replacing The Existing Vitoplex 200 Boiler With A Capacity Of 270 Kw With A Designed Cascade Of Three Condensing Boilers With A Capacity Of 99 Kw Each. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Replacement Of The Exhaust Gas Duct, Circulation Pumps And Control Valves With Actuators. Hot Water Will Be Heated Via The Existing 300-Liter Hot Water Tank Located In The Boiler Room (No Changes). The Heating Medium Prepared In The Boiler Is Water 70/50 Degrees C. The Operation Of The Boilers And Its Protection Is Controlled By The Boiler Manufacturers Automation System. The External Temperature Sensor Should Be Mounted On The Wall Of The Building On The North Side At A Minimum Height Of 2.5 M Above The Ground And A Minimum Of 0.5 M From The Window Or Door, And The Boiler And Tank Will Be Installed On Site (Entrance Door 1.0 M Wide). All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Construction Practice, Taking Into Account The Requirements Specified In The Relevant Standards, Regulations And Conditions Of Execution And Technical Acceptance, While Maintaining The Required Accuracy Of Assembly And Caution. All Works May Be Carried Out Only By Qualified Personnel With Appropriate Authorizations, The Work Must Be Entrusted To A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications.
